We highlight the risk of excessive optimism in Europe and emerging markets.

Wall Street is going bullish now due to momentum. Most brokers were bearish  months ago. Negative views on the were based on political bias in the US plus excessive optimism about Europe and Emerging Markets. Sorry. The US is stronger vs EU or EM, clearly.
